Our Working Process

ABDIAS Health Care (Formerly Phoenix Health Care), provides a team of experienced and Licensed Nurses and Care Givers, who are thoroughly screened and trained by the Company, who will ensure the best and compassionate care for your loved ones.

Every situation and individual are different, so their specific needs will always be evaluated and assessed by one of our friendly, caring team members—that way you can be assured that your loved one will get the most thorough care possible. We offer a wide range of skilled and advanced nursing and caregiver services in Kerala.

Step 1

Receiving Clients Enquiry and Requirements Over Telephone, Company Website or Email

Step 2

Hand over the case details to the Nursing Quality

Step 3

Our Expert Team (Nursing Supervisor and Client Relation Manager) Visits the Client a day before the proposed service date.

Step 4

Assessing the requirements, patient condition, and  working environment for the nurses or care givers

Step 5

Identifying suitable care professionals and other services for your needs

Step 6

Proposing the service contract with the client 

Step 7

The client agrees with the Contract with the Company and Signing the Documents 

Step 8

Arrangements and Set-up of the Medical Equipments at Client Home

Step 9

Starting the service under the supervision of the Nurse Manager

Step 10

Daily Supervision and Guidance over the phone and Recording of the patient details in our system for future reference

Step 11

Weekly Visits of the Nurse Manager for the smooth service
